Maybelline Dream FreshBB review

So i posted a video review of the maybelline BB cream (in dark obviously)
tell me how you feel about it!

So my freakin makeup bag w/ my everyday makeup was lost/stolen at work.

Yeah. There was at the very least $200 worth of stuff in that bag.

So here's the story:

I had my bag at work and I had to leave to get to another appointment. I was gonna touch up my eyeliner in the car, when I realised that my bag wasn't in my purse. I didn't have time to go back and grab it, so I just shrugged it off and said it would be there when I opened in the morning. (I had an extra eyeliner in the bottom of my bag)

Well, when I showed up the next morning around 9am I checked all the places where it could have been and didn't see it. I double checked, still no bag. I asked my manager if he had seen it, no luck. I asked the girls in the office, STILL nothing.

UGH!!!

There goes my $20 foundation brush, my NARS eyeshadow, my primer, at LEAST $50 more in face brushes. A limited edition eyeshadow pallet that I probably will never be able to find again...UGH!!!!!!

Plus now I have to go back to F21 and get a new makeup bag.

Fuck my fuckin life.

Ok, so I'm sure that most of my readers are Gyaru, gyaru-inspired or at the very least know what gal is.

And im  99.9% sure that everybody knows who Snooki is.






With the "Jersey Boom" happening all over the media now, love it or hate it, everybody knows what guidos and guidettes are.  I am no exception. I love Jersey girls.

HOWEVER

E.L.F

ok lah so  I went to target today to buy socks and face wash right. I really only needed the socks since i have enough Noxzema for like another week or so lah, but I digress.

So  on my way to the check out (actually I was lost -_-...DONT JUDGE ME!!  I dont frequent the target i was at today) I ran into the cosmetics isle. 

so while roaming through the Isles of Love I ran across the E.L.F section. Ive heard many good reviews on E.l.f products, but I've never seen any of their products where I shop.

(Yes most of my cosmetics come from Sephora, but those are mainly face products (primer, foundation, blush)

anyway! So while looking at the products I was like "o..this is decent stuff...I wonder how much this is....." So I looked at the price:

holy shit! I love cheap eyeliner/mascara/lipgloss!!!

but

since I dont really need anymore makeup at the moment, i went for the one thing I can never have too much of:

LIQUID EYELINER.

so i paid $1 for E.l.f waterproof eyeliner pen.

to be honest, i didnt expect much out of it, but i was wrong!

it went on smooth, dark and didnt budge when i rubbed my eyes!

will i buy again?

DAMN STRAIGHT I WILL!

Life is finally looking up for me!

hihi! how is everybody...like all 32 of you lol.

Sorry about the lack of updates, life has just been......rough. But its finally looking up!

ok so lets go in order:




1) I got my federal taxes back.

haha big whoop right? well it kinda was~ i had been using my savings to pay my bills and whatnot since I lost my job in mid July, and I probably used about $800 - $900. I have a decent amount of money saved up, but I didn't want to deplete it. So when my taxes came back, I payed off a bill, payed the rest and put the rest back into my savings. See, I can be responsible. =)

i also got my state taxes back but i paid bills with those too. i need to stop shopping.

I got a problem!

2)I got a new blackberry

I used my aforementioned tax money to buy it lol. I actually changed my phone plan to a family plan in order to buy my new berry. so I have my new white Torch 9800 who is fully functional and my Bold 9700 which can only do calls and SMS. It may sound stupid, nut it works out quite well; I use the Torch mainly, but I keep Gizmo (the Bold) around because the torches battery life  isn't amazing.

3) I'm back on my Gal game

Ive been in a bit of a slump since maybe October when it started to get really cold here. Idunno, I think I go into Gal Hibernation. Kentucky isn't the coldest state, but its REALLY unpredictable. cold and rainy, ice, 2 feet of snow overnight, thunderstorms, floods, you get it right? Kentucky in the winter is a deathtrap, but spring and summer! THOSE ARE THE GOOD SEASONS!

but i digress, now that its finally getting warm again, I'm motivated to dress better and work on a new makeup look! Speaking of which I ordered some Diamond Lashes from Ichibankao, i got the "charming" lower lashes and i am in LOVE. I'll probably do a review on em soon.

3b) I also ordered a pair of  Bami Lense from my wonderful sponsor mukuchu. I haven't received them yet, but when I do, expect a review lol. I got the green apple for spring and i may get the Chocolate pair next.

4) I got a fuckin job

if you didn't catch it earlier, I ve been out of a job since mid July. I've been looking, but to no avail.

I've got my resume on careerbuilder, monster, all of those sites and when i get that daily email thats about the best jobs for you, i apply, get a number and call back two days later to check on the status of my application.

I've also had friends be on the look out for stuff too and one finally went all the way through lol!

I was about to head out on my weekly Friday adventure with Jeremy when my friend Shaun called me and was like my boss wants to know if you can come in for an interview.

why of course I can.

(oh~ Shaun works as a bouncer at this nightclub/bar/restaurant Sully's.)

so i go up there just in plain clothes because its a pretty casual place and mainly cuz my interview pants were dirty, and I talk to the manager MiMi. she is adorable. shes like 5 feet tall, asian and i just wanna  take her home and lock her in my basement. =D 

but anyway, she told me that i would basically be a hostess and I'd also be doing some day shift (obviously) serving, Thursday through Saturday. and if i wanted to come onto night shift and be a Shot girl and all that fun stuff, that'd I'd be more than welcome to.

And i start  work on Thursday.

So yay! Im pretty sure that I wont make toooooooo much  money ,unless i go night shift and become the best shot girl EVER, but I just need a normal income.

but yeah, thats been my life for the past 2 weeks or so.

and Im really excited about the 26th:

My daily makeup routine

Hey everybody! I decided to do a tutorial on my daily makeup routine!

Just a warning~ I use a lot of makeup lol. All of my products can be purchased at Sephora & MAC, except for my eyeshadow base (which I got from cherry culture) and my bottom lashes which I made from an old pair of top lashes.

yeah..that's a lot of makeup... BUT lets begin!

start out with a clean moisturized face and put on lip balm!

pop in your circle lense (if you wear them)

Burn Pinks

Next is face primer to smooth out your skin

After face primer, prime your eyes. I prime my eyebrows too, since I draw on half of them

Then concealer under your eyes

blend!

Next is eyeshadow! I put the darker shade on first, but you can do it however you want =]

NARS galapagos

I put Galapagos up to the crease ,then i put MACS honey lust up to my brow bone

next is eyeliner!

i use liquid and creme liner on top and pencil on the bottom

First is tokidoki liquid liner, then Ink for eyes over the liquid 

don't worry if its a little off, your eyelashes will cover it lol

after liner is eyebrows!

I shaved off the ends of my brows and i draw them on. I'm currently in the process of growing my brows back out, so please don't mind my stubble.

then mascara on top

After mascara I  put on my foundation

BLUSH is next!

I use 2 shade of blush~ one for the apples of my cheeks and one for the hollows to contour

taos & orgasm 

orgasm goes on the apples of my cheeks and fades up to my temples

Then i make fish face and put Taos in the hollows of my cheeks

then i highlight my cheek with MACS highlighting powder

This powders limited edition, but Bare Minerals Radiance in Pure Radiance is an amazing substitute 

highlight powder goes on the tops of my cheekbones

then contour your nose with any brown eyeshadow and blend away any harsh lines

then use the high beam to highlight the bridge of your nose

then i put fiberwig on my inner bottom lashes. Only the inner lashes because I wear bottom lashes only on the outside corners

take your liquid liner and go back over your top lash line to cover any glue and the lash band

and the final step is finishing powder!

Make up Forever HD powder is awesome! but if you're not willing to drop $30 on it, Bare Minerals Mineral Veil is good too =]

LIP GLOSS IS THE FINAL STEP!

i use nars lip gloss in orgasm with stila lip glaze in apricot on top
